PII Vault

Phone numbers, emails, and addresses are never stored alongside business data. They live in a separate encrypted vault (AES-256). The rest of the system only sees anonymous reference IDs — so even if something were breached, no personal data is exposed.

Every organisation’s data is walled off at the database level — the database itself enforces it, not an app filter that could have a bug. Members see only what the organisation grants; individuals are known to the org only by their @handle, never their personal data; and nested offices stay private from one another — headquarters sees roll-ups, not books.

Minimal Access, Full Control

When you connect Gmail or other accounts, we only ask for the permissions we actually need. Tokens are encrypted and used only for what you authorised. Disconnect anytime — tokens are immediately revoked and deleted.

Privacy-Aware by Design

The architecture supports right-to-erasure (“forget me”) out of the box — one action removes a person’s data cleanly across the platform. Data retention is configurable, data can be exported or deleted, and changes are logged. Transcripts are PII-redacted before storage.
